Roseate Charters ("Roseate Charters", "we", "us") arranges private jet, helicopter and air ambulance charters from New Delhi. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use roseatecharters.com or speak to our desk, why we need it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, phone number and email address.
- Trip details: routes, dates, timings, number of passengers, luggage, pets and special requests.
- Passenger details needed to operate a flight once you book: full names, dates of birth, nationality and identity or travel document details, as required by the operator, airports and Indian or foreign authorities.
- Medical information for air ambulance transfers: the patient's condition, equipment needs and hospital details, shared by the patient, their family or their treating hospital. We treat this as sensitive and share it only with the people involved in the transfer.
- Membership enquiries: the details you send when you ask about Rose Atelier, including the kind of flying you expect to do.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data. The site stores one small note in your browser's session storage so the opening animation is not repeated as you move between pages; it is cleared when you close the tab.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and recommend aircraft.
- To arrange and manage your flight with the operator, airports, ground handlers and, for air ambulance transfers, the sending and receiving hospitals and medical team.
- To meet legal and regulatory requirements, including passenger manifests, security clearances, tax and accounting records.
- To administer a Rose Atelier membership if you hold one.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We rely on your consent when you submit a form or contact us, on the need to carry out the charter you have asked for, and on our legal obligations. In a medical emergency we may process health information to protect the patient's life or health.
Who we share it with
- The aircraft operator and its crew who will fly you, and the airports, ground handlers and transport providers on your trip.
- Hospitals, doctors and paramedics involved in an air ambulance transfer.
- Government, aviation and security authorities in India or abroad when the law requires it.
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting (Vercel), web fonts (Google Fonts), email and document storage (Google Workspace) and messaging (WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us there). They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
International flights mean some details must be shared with operators, handlers and authorities outside India. We share only what is needed for that flight.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, including to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymise it. If you ask us to erase your data, we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, where we no longer need it or you withdraw consent;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it, and we may not be able to continue arranging a flight without the details it needs);
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.
Write to us at wings@roseatecharters.com. We will respond as quickly as we can and within the time the law allows.
Children
We collect details of passengers under 18 only from a parent or lawful guardian, and only to arrange their travel.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, and limit access to the people who need it to arrange your flight. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send identity documents or medical records through the website forms; we will give you a secure way to share them once your booking is under way.
Grievance officer
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge your complaint and work to resolve it promptly.
